In a statement to the BLOCS Board of Directors and Staff, Chief Executive Officer Dave Rowan announced the nonprofit officially closed the 2023 fiscal year (ending June 30, 2023) having collected more than $110 million in EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) contributions, representing a $41 million, or 59% increase from the prior year.
