Joe Wilson hired at BLOCS

BLOCS, an administrator of the PA EITC Tax Credit program, names Joe Wilson as Business Development Manager.
Wilson will partner with 90 area schools to grow EITC, raise awareness of BLOCS’ mission and deliver targeted professional development to school communities.

BLOCS funds 33k scholarships across Pennsylvania annually.
