Scholarship Information
Through the EITC program and the generosity of our donors, BLOCS provides funding to schools to utilize for need-based scholarships only. Qualifications for need-based EITC scholarships is set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
How to Apply
Families with one dependent must have an annual income of less than $116,055 + $20,428 for a total of $136,483 to qualify. For each additional dependent, you can make an additional $20,428 per child.
Scholarship Qualification Criteria
Our school partners use the state provided guidelines to determine EITC scholarship eligibility and make scholarship awards. Contact your child’s school and ask for information on applying for financial aid in order to determine if your child qualifies for a BLOCS EITC scholarship.
