BLOCS partners with schools across the state of Pennsylvania, providing aid through our Mission Contribution funding to those schools having the greatest need, while also providing donors the opportunity to direct their tax credit need-based scholarships to a school of their choice. 

We distribute more than 33,000 scholarships to families in PA, however the demand for tuition assistance far outpaces the supply. Through BLOCS’ strategic relationships with other scholarship organizations, government entities and our partner schools, we have created a turnkey, efficient business model which exhausts all possible resources to get more money into the hands of the families who need it. 

With a presence in 65 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties through EDS and support from donors across the state, BLOCS operates as a statewide program, expanding access to values-based education for families of financial need throughout the Commonwealth.
