Federal Scholarship Tax Credit

About

The Federal Scholarship Tax Credit (FSTC) is a national program designed to expand educational opportunity for students and families across the United States. Starting January 1, 2027, the program allows taxpayers to receive a 100% federal tax credit for donations of up to $1700 made to Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) like BLOCS.

These donations would fund scholarships for students to attend participating schools, helping families access the educational environment that best meets their needs.

BLOCS has decades of experience administering scholarship programs and connecting generous donors with students seeking opportunity. Should Pennsylvania opt in to the program, BLOCS will be prepared to help donors, families, and schools participate.
