BLOCS is proud to serve over 580 schools throughout 65 of the 67 counties of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Please click the link below to see the list of schools we serve.
EDS Schools
In coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, BLOCS administers the Economically Disadvantaged Schools (EDS) program. Each year, schools from across the state submit applications to qualify for this program. Click here to learn more about qualifying for the EDS program.
