Jane Klebanoff joined BLOCS as a Development Coordinator in 2025. In her role, Klebanoff supports development operations, execution of donor strategies, and fostering donor relationships to advance fundraising initiatives. She assists the organization in planning and executing fundraising initiatives and events, managing donor communications and stewardship, maintaining accurate data and reports within the organization’s database, as well as collaborating with the development team and BLOCS community to sustain programmatic success.

Prior to her role with BLOCS, Klebanoff supported the institutional advancement team at Reconstructionist Rabbinical College in her hometown of Elkins Park, PA. Klebanoff is also a former teacher with the School District of Philadelphia and taught in several New York City charter schools after completing her graduate studies at West Virginia University in 2016. She is eager to leverage her background in education to foster meaningful connections and drive impactful development work that expands educational access for students across Pennsylvania through BLOCS tax credit partnership programs.
