David Beaupré serves as Chief Financial Officer at BLOCS overseeing accounting and financial reporting, facilities, human resources, risk management, and technology, while also serving as Corporate Secretary and supporting the Board’s Audit & Finance and Investment Committees. He brings more than 40 years of experience working in and consulting for colleges and universities, providing deep expertise in financial leadership and higher education operations.

Prior to joining BLOCS, Beaupré most recently served as Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration and Treasurer at Saint Joseph’s University, and previously as Vice President for Management and Business at Duquesne University. He spent the first half of his career in consulting roles with KPMG, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Arthur Andersen, where he was a Partner in the Higher Education Consulting Practice. He holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BS from the College of St. Joseph.

Beaupré and his wife, Libby, have two grown children.
