Anna Gombar

Development Manager

Anna Gombar serves as a Development Manager at BLOCS, where she partners with schools across Central Pennsylvania to expand access to educational opportunities and strengthen support for values-based education. With a background in nonprofit development, she brings experience in donor engagement, relationship building, and mission-driven fundraising, previously serving as a Development Officer at Media-Providence Friends School and a Development Associate at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia. Her work focuses on building meaningful partnerships and helping organizations grow sustainable support for their communities.

Gombar studied Sociology at Franklin & Marshall College, where she interned with two Lancaster-based nonprofits and discovered her passion for development work. She grew up in Vermont and trained in classical ballet for fourteen years at a nonprofit in neighboring New Hampshire- experiences that fostered her early appreciation for mission-driven organizations and community-centered work.

Gombar volunteers as an alumni mentor to a current Franklin & Marshall student. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, and collaging.
