Ann Winkowski

Development Manager


Ann Winkowski joined the BLOCS team in 2025. In her role as Development Manager, Winkowski supports BLOCS' fundraising operations, board management, and donor engagement initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to advance the organization's mission of expanding educational opportunity for children throughout the Commonwealth.

Winkowski brings more than 20 years of development experience, with deep roots in the Philadelphia philanthropic community. Prior to joining BLOCS, she served as Gift & Estate Planning Specialist at Villanova University, where she managed planned giving relationships and administered trusts and estates on behalf of the institution. Earlier in her career, she held progressive development roles at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, leading major gift efforts, donor stewardship programs, and managing the Museum's Capital Campaign that was completed in 2004.

A graduate of Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations, Winkowski has also shared her fundraising expertise as a guest lecturer at the University of the Arts, Seton Hall University, and Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Winkowski and her family reside in Blue Bell where they are members of St. Helena's Parish.
