  • Sponsorships are subject to availability and approval 

  • One sponsorship tier per event 

  • Minimum 3–4 weeks notice required 

  • Custom requests must align with these tiers 

BLOCS Individual School Sponsorship Levels

  • $500 Sponsorship 

    Best for: Small events, assemblies, fundraisers, or program support 

    What’s Included 

    • BLOCS sponsorship contribution of $500 

    • BLOCS banner displayed at the event (provided or approved) 

    • BLOCS logo included on event materials (flyer, website, or signage) 

    • Verbal acknowledgment of BLOCS during the event 

    • Post-event photo for BLOCS records/social use 

    School Responsibilities

    • Provide space for banner display 

    • Share event details and timeline in advance 

    • Handle all event logistics 

  • $1,500 Sponsorship 

    Best for: Community events, performances, fundraisers with a program or audience 

    What’s Included 

    • BLOCS sponsorship contribution of $1,500 

    • BLOCS member speaks at the event (brief remarks) 

    • BLOCS banner displayed at the event 

    • Half-page ad in event program (if applicable) 

    • Logo placement on event materials 

    • Verbal recognition during the program 

    • Post-event photo and acknowledgment 

    School Responsibilities 

    • Confirm speaking time and AV needs 

    • Provide program specs and deadlines 

    • Handle all onsite coordination 

  • $2,500 Sponsorship (Maximum Standard Support) 

    Best for: Flagship school events or high-visibility fundraisers 

    What’s Included 

    • BLOCS sponsorship contribution of $2,500 

    • BLOCS member speaks at the event (featured remarks) 

    • Prominent BLOCS banner display 

    • Full-page ad in the event program 

    • Logo placement on all major event materials 

    • Verbal recognition during the event 

    • Inclusion in post-event school communications 

    • Post-event photos and recap shared with BLOCS 

    School Responsibilities 

    • Provide clear speaking placement in program 

    • Share timelines, assets, and specs in advance 

    • Coordinate all onsite needs 

  • $5,000+

    Best for: Large events, Gala, Hall of Fame Dinner

    This level of sponsorship represents a significant partnership and is reserved for high-profile events that offer meaningful engagement, strong visibility, and measurable impact. Requests are subject to review by committee.
