•       Enable participants to identify actionable steps to strengthen engagement within their own organizations

Session Approach

Each session is a facilitated, highly interactive working experience, incorporating framing and context-setting, facilitated group discussion, scenario-based exercises, small group work, and full group synthesis. A working lunch maintains momentum and allows for continued discussion.
