Lisa Gaynor joined the BLOCS team in 2023 as Business Development Coordinator supporting the sales team in all prospecting, acquisition, and renewal efforts for BLOCS tax credit donors. Gaynor is no stranger to Catholic education or the EITC program. Prior to joining BLOCS, she held the role Director of Enrollment Management at Pope John Paul II High School, where she oversaw all Tuition, Admissions, Financial Aid, and International Students’ enrollment processes.

Gaynor brings a high level of operational, financial, administrative and management expertise – having been responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets, overseeing her firms’ accounting processes and managing staff – assisting in goals-setting and performance assessment. Her previous roles have included: administration, recruiting and accounting for the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, and GlaxoSmithKline just to name a few.

She resides in Trappe with her husband James, daughter Fallon and son Liam.
