Kristi Terezi joined the BLOCS staff in 2022 as the Business Development Administrator. Terezi is responsible for Salesforce reporting – namely donations tracking, scholarship designations, and monitoring of all campaign analytics including open capacity of LLC’s and their associated sales stages, and donor acquisition and retention. In addition, Kristi spearheads the CRM data entry and communications process – from donor record and operations agreement input to creating critical and timely messaging designed for all phases of the donor lifecycle. In short, Terezi supports BLOCS in all facets of the business development process.

Prior to joining BLOCS, Terezi held strategic leadership supervisory roles with Optum and United HealthCare, where she managed teams of 25 and 15, respectively. Her expertise lies in utilizing data and tracking performance to influence business decision-making and shape the creation of strategic goals within the organization.

Terezi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania in 2014. She moved to the U.S. in 2015, and shortly thereafter acquired her Pennsylvania Accident and Health insurance license. Kristi is also fluent in four languages including: Greek, Italian and Albanian. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband.
