Brian McElwee is President of Valley Forge Investment Corporation (VFIC). Brian has been with VFIC since 1972, initially leading the company’s real estate business, including its investments in 20 shopping centers and 8 hotels during his tenure, and later actively focusing on VFIC’s corporate investments as well. Brian is the founding Chairman of Independence Mission Schools, a non-profit network of 15 independent Catholic schools operating across the city of Philadelphia. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS), and was the founding Co-Chair of KOP-BID, a not-for-profit organization that collaborated with both private and public partners to improve the economic environment in King of Prussia.

Brian earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master’s of Business Administration from Drexel University.
