Brian is a graduate of Temple University and holds a Masters in Taxation from Widener University. Through providing tax, accounting and business advisory services to clients in a wide-range of industries, Brian has achieved a distinguished career in the accounting field with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in consultation on complex accounting and tax matters for closely held and investor backed companies.

A strong believer in personalized service, Brian is dedicated to spending time preparing and educating his clients about the services that will improve the financial integrity and security of their businesses. His commitment to identifying clients’ specific needs and engaging them in the service process results in satisfying, long-term relationships.

Outside of his role as Managing Member at GMS Surgent, Brian serves on the Pact Philadelphia Tech & Services Recruiting Selection Committee. In addition, Brian is an active member of the PICPA Cooperation with the Bar Committee – a group dedicated to expanding relationships between CPAs and attorneys and building strong, open communications channels with local and state bar associations. In 2008, Brian was announced Treasurer of Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) and he also serves on the board’s executive committee.

Brian is proudly married with 2 children and enjoys spending summers in Sea Isle City, NJ with his family.
