Bill Larkin, Jr. is Managing Partner at Lopez, Teodosio & Larkin. Founded in 1956, Lopez, Teodosio & Larkin is an established full service Certified Public Accounting firm serving clients in the Delaware Valley with a concentration in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Bill provides audit, review, and compilation of financial statements, tax planning, estate planning, financial planning, attestation services, and consulting services to a wide range of industries. Bill’s client base ranges from individual to privately held companies with up to annual gross revenues of a hundred million dollars.

Prior to joining Lopez, Teodosio & Larkin in 1986, Bill was an audit manager of the Philadelphia office of the international certified public accounting firm Ernst & Young. Bill’s area of specialty was in financial institutions. His other clients ranged from international publicly held corporations to privately closely held companies.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at BLOCS, Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Chairman of Penn Community Bank (a $2.4 billion Mutual Savings & Loan). He is the former Chairman and Director of First Federal of Savings and Loan of Bucks County, former Director and Treasurer of Family Service Association of Bucks County, past Commodore and Current Treasurer of Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. In addition, he is the former Director and Treasurer of Belle Aire Condominium Association, and former Director of Constitution Bank, N.A.

Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accountancy from La Salle University (’81). An alumnus of Archbishop Ryan High School, Bill was the 2011 recipient of the “Spirit of Ryan Award.” He and his wife Patricia have one son and reside in Langhorne, PA. They enjoy spending time at their vacation home in Stone Harbor, NJ.
